Standard Delivery
Most small and medium size items will be delivered by our logistics partner.
- Delivery within 1 to 3 working days
- Tracked - you will be able to check location of the package
- Insured - lost parcel will be replaced
- Restrictions:
- Up to 20kg per order
- Up to 160cm (L + B + H) parcel size
- Exclude offshore islands, restricted areas
- Cut-off time at 11am
- The day the order ship out is day zero
Express Delivery
We provide express delivery service for urgent orders within Singapore. Customers that need to receive their orders on the same day can choose this delivery option.
- Delivery same day
- Insured - lost parcel will be replaced
- Restrictions:
- Exclude offshore islands, restricted areas
- Cut-off time at 12pm
- Surcharge of $10 for Tuas / Sentosa
Extra Large / Heavy Delivery
Items that are extremely large or heavy will be delivered by our vehicles.
- Delivery within 1 to 3 working days
- Insured - lost parcel will be replaced
- Restrictions:
- 10kg and above orders or
- 160cm and above (L + B + H) orders
- Exclude offshore islands, restricted areas
- Cut-off time at 12pm
- Surcharge of $10 per floor if no lift is available
- Surcharge of $10 for Tuas / Sentosa
